Why so fast? How do you know if you are suitable for each other?
I am very surprised myself. I advocated singlehood after being through long and tiring relationships and I thought that relationships are for needy people. I felt that marriages are matters of convenience; since-we-dated-for-so-many-years-let's-get-married kind of thing.
But when I started going out with Nick, something changed.
I don't know how to explain, but I know and he knows that somehow God gave us each other, and we are going to end up spending the rest of our lives together.
It may sound really crazy to get married after just dating each other for a few months. Maybe I don't have to explain, because I believe that one day you will meet the right person and you will know in your heart.

Did I know or sense that the wonderful man is going to propose?
Nope. No clue at all. In our talks about marriage, he successfully led me to think that he will ask me to marry him only much later in the year. So yes, I was shocked. Very happy of course, but was in shock for the next few days.
